Red Hare Estate Vineyard

Booked a wine tasting and a platter online. No record of this when we arrived and was seated in an area that wine tastings werent offered. No communication on how to order, no service had I not asked at the counter. Ordered a platter which took half an hour to arrive, well after we had finished our glass of wine. Wine is nice. Service is shocking. Shame because looks like a very nice venue

We had a booking for tastings and lunch that wasnt even acknowledged (so why bother booking). The staff didnt know how to handle a busy schedule and we waited over half hour to be served food and wine. We couldnt get a tasting because we were seated in the wrong area. No menu or drinks were provided. Our food never came even though we were told it was being prepared a couple of times. Im sure it is a great winery but the basics of customer service were just not there and we were not able to taste the wine.

My partner and I had a delightful light lunch at Red Hare Estate! Easily the best winery we've been to in a long time, and the Prosecco is to die for. Melissa went above and beyond to accomodate us, making our time more enjoyable. We will be back for the pizza!

We had the most amazing birthday party here. They went all out with the food and service, and its such a beautiful venue. Couldnt have been better. The Prosecco is DELICIOUS.

I haven't posted for a while but couldn't ignore this gem. This vineyard is amazing and reminds me why I've always wanted to plant my own! The wines are great with the Pinot Grigio an absolute stand out...plus great location and great staff. More of this please
