Melaleuca of Australia and New Zealand

I do not like how this company operates they are so money hungry, same with their sales representative some lady called carole from SA. Money hungry pyramid selling scheme! I did not like the fact they put default products under you name so that if you dont/forget to order they will send you a order whether you want it or not! They also dont tell you that you are obligated to spend a minimum of $150 on their products per a month, they use a points scheme to cover it up. Also you have to pay postage costs ontop of your order which total's to $11+. I got a free $50 credit to apply to my 2nd order so I loaded up some items applied my credit then tried to check out, the credit took away some of my points. I had to impulsively buy two items just so I could get my free items that ended up in the end not being free! I went to cancel and I had to sign a form and send it off. I did not sign a contract to become a member so why do I need to sign a document to cancel! Its an expensive scheme when you can just go to the supermarket pay a fraction of the price for the same quality products. I dont feel any different taking their supplements. I explained to carole that I was not happy about the operation of the company and will not be buying any products her response was one line "I'm sorry you fell this way love". She got her cut from me thats all she cared about.

I'm really impressed with the wellness club. Very simple but effective products at reasonable prices. The renew products are outstanding especially for those experiencing challenging skin conditions like eczema. Customer service is very helpful. The culture is health inside and out. I like that commitment.

I have used their products for 3 months. The health care products do not have the effects they say, and they have serious side effects such as insomnia and no appetite. The skin care products cause severe skin allergies. It is not recommended to use this brand.Melaleuca is the worst product I have ever used.
