        Staff were super friendly, even let me leave my bike inside the cafe whilst I had breakfast. Food and coffee were incredible 100% recommended this joint.

        I just had a meal at Snow Pony and it was a bit of a mixed experience. On the one hand, the beef salad was amazing - it had the perfect mix of flavors and textures, and I really enjoyed it. However, I was a bit disappointed with the service during my visit. While the customer service was generally good, I found that the waiters weren't particularly friendly. It felt like they were just going through the motions, which definitely put a bit of a damper on my dining experience. I think that good customer service is really important in a restaurant, and unfortunately, it felt like Snow Pony fell short in this regard today. While I enjoyed the food, the unfriendly behavior of the waiters definitely detracted from my overall experience. I hope that the restaurant can take this feedback on board and work to improve the friendliness and attentiveness of their staff in the future.
