This involved legal aspects with subdivision, selling properties and leasing and establishment of and Owners Corporation. In the past, lawyers gave us multiple options leaving us frustrated. With Rosss depth of commercial experience, he gave us concise advice and explanation, leaving us to make a comfortable decision. As the Project Manager, I was grateful to Millens for the streamlined process. The outcome was a successful project. We were also very impressed with their conveyancing services.
