I went to have my retainer done at this place, with Dr. Ian Ferguson. When it changed hands, Dr. Ravi told me that at the time, I had to have new moulds, paid $200, and they kept it there for me. Anytime I need to re order, it would cost me less. Now, a few years later, I called them, and their answer was,"we don't keep them here because it gets DAMAGE every time you had it made." I know that's not true. He can change his rules, but that's NOT TRUE. After the pandemic, he wants to charge or make more money, which is his business, but he changed his ways and then said things untrue to get more money that's Not Nice. I had that re ordered many time with Dr Ferguson, and I rang up many places, they all allow you to keep the mould, so it will be cheaper for the next order.
