Dr Kumar and the receptionists are the best. They are friendly and very supportive. Dr Kumar performed surgery on both of my eyes. I am so grateful that I can finally see clearly now. It is unbelievable how life changing it has been more me. I cannot thank both Dr Kumar and her team enough for the surgery at the hospital and Staff at eye suse

Dr Kumar looked after my mum for a short period of time and she was kind and caring. But the reception staff doesnt care about patients requirements and very rude. My mum has a very serious eye condition which needs immediate treatment and the reception staff knows it because my mum was a patient of the clinic for more than 15 years. But when my mums most recent episode needing treatment appeared I rang the clinic at 8.30am on Thursday asking for an appointment. They promised me to give a time to see Dr.Kumar on Friday. But they never called me back with a time and I ended up calling them every 2 hours until Friday 4.30pm. At Friday 4.30pm receptionist told me Dr. Kumar advised my mum to go to eye and ear hospital emergency which they could have advised me on at least by Thursday afternoon. I will never go back to south eastern eye surgery and never recommend it to anyone. They dont value their patients at all.
