        Its basically just a medical clinic to me, I had to go here for a pre-employment medicals one of the receptionist human was rude and unprofessional.as the face at the front of a store or a medical place you are to know how to talk to people and make them feel welcomewhy be in customer service if you dont know how to service However the manager here and all other staff was very good !

        Hopelessly slow. Most staff walking around aimlessly. Not sure what the point of a appointment is if you have to wait and wait. All this for a simple medical.

        INCREDULOUS! INSCRUTABLE! SHOULD CLOSE BUISNESS IMMEDIATELTY! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I went through workcover and have been hassled for payment by their debt collection agency for 12 months. I have provided documentation and remitance advice to prove that the payment has been paid months ago. I am threatened with interest accural. "It is my responsibility to provide remittance advice". I hope Sonic Health take me to court so I can claim damages, mental anguish and recoup the 12 hours of personal time with which I have spent communicating with Worksafe, Ex employer and Marshall Freeman.
