This family law judge (Her name is Kaur or something..) is a real piece of work. If you're a man going through a divorce, don't bother showing up to her courtroom. She has no empathy or respect for people who are already suffering. Passing a law exam doesn't make you a superior human being, and treating people with dignity and respect is far more important than any legal ruling. The man she treated badly is actually doing better in his personal life now. Hopefully, she learns to treat people better in the future.

I like to sincerely thank the female family court judge in 2019/2020 (Dandenong) period who listened to my side of the story and took proper steps to grant me my only daughter to me with equal shared parenting. She restored my faith in the family court system.

Judge Richard Chisholm is a well know advocate of allowing kids to be traded in court foyers for profit. He was an appalling predator as a judge and should be held accountable for the harm he and Dr Jenny MacIntosh have inflicted on so many children. We need a Royal Commission into these people, with resignations and public shaming. The judges are applying the Family Law Act profitably, not properly.

Wide spread rorting of the family law system by the judiciary. A bitter elderly judge called Dicky Chisholm promoted bizzare theories about fathers and children. The rest of the judges dont even bother to challenge Dicky for a decade while their grubby ex business partners monetise childhood. Finally they are laughed at by all serious academics. Its time we had a Royal Commission into this woeful rabble, who are clealry puting their own interests first. If you are a child they will kick you out of school in order to priortise barrister fees. Close it down.
