Dr Peter Fergin

I was referred to Dr Fergin by my GP for skin sensitivities to which the Dr prescribed me strong creams and medications that made my skin even worse, my skin would dry up, crack and peel to reveal red angry skin everyday and Dr Fergin did barely anything about it. I ended up finding my own makeshift solution to it have had bad skin ever since.

I can't say thank you enough. Without dr Fergin experience and attention I wouldn't be able to have a quality life .After 25 years of health problems visiting doctors in Romania,hospitalised in Austria and Australia numeros times Dr Fergin was able to diagnose and find treatment for me.I been in his care for over 6 years now and now problems for me.God bless!

It's a shame that such a good dermatologist like Dr Peter Fergin is surrounded by such dumb, arrogant, lying, deceitful receptionists. Apparently to read an email that gets sent to the clinic is like finding a needle in a haystack! So hard. Come on! Even primary school kids know how to read emails in the inbox! One of the receptionists said she can't find an important email that was forwarded to Dr Fergin himself, which contained a vital referral attachment for immediate medical care for a nasty skin condition that even the hospital couldn't treat. It was sent successfully on the correct address because I have the copy with all the proof of the time it was received etc. Instead she said to send it again! What's the point when you obviously are so dim that you don't even know the difference between right and left! You are meant to be qualified for goodness sake! Instead she said to me go somewhere else! You never address customers like this. I certainly have gone somewhere else and got treated with professionalism and respect. Even securing an appointment in the same day as I rang. Wow! See? You get better service elsewhere. And then you wonder why people yell at you. So this review is one that your staff truly deserve. Sack them because it is not building a good reputation for the clinic. Be aware everyone. Health is so important and needs to be taken seriously.

Waited 3 months for the appointment and when i went there examined me for 5 mins and charged $265 didnt even bother taking a closer look at the problem.
