Worst Apprenticeship Network Provider! To the point that I can honestly say I have no idea what it is they actually do. Im nearly a year into my apprenticeship and have yet to see a single day of TAFE! They stuffed up my enrolment not onfe but twice! And my TSL again not once but twice!! If this company is involved you the only guarantee you can have is that they WILL stuff up everything they touch! And you will have to do the work to fix it! Absolutely useless company!

terrible service. they are based off a bluff. everything is sunshine and rainbows until you have a genuine problem as an apprentice. My experience with mas during the end of my apprenticeship was woeful. I required assistance with a previous employer in order to obtain my license and finish my apprenticeship. unfortunately i was constantly hand balled a phone number that lead to a dead end, which in turn lead me back seeking support from the "Mas Support Team" all for the process to repeat once again. the last "MAS mentor" Jay, who i spoke to, attempted to bend the truth regarding what steps he had taken to justify his job roll. Here is a brief rundown regarding what he did to "help the apprentice" - Repeatedly attempting to deflect the responsibility of assistance to me - attempting to convince me that it is not his job to assist the apprentice in any apprenticeship related matters unless its a quick chat on the phone - attempted to call VRQA and base the advice from an answering service, not a physical phone call assistance operator. - leaving me on read / ignoring attempts to contact the mentor - acting in a sarcastic tone and poking fun at the situation. - making disrespectful and almost bullying type comments about my situation with my employer. i am convinced that MAS are only here to collect whatever incentive it is that they receive for signing apprentices up. they do NOT assist at all with real apprentice matters. you are better off doing their job for them if you would like things sorted out.
