Let me tell you how many times we have had to call these guys in to crane out our couch over the balcony! If you knew you would laugh, but these guys manage to deliver every time and are very professional at what they do. So even if it's the smaller things in life that need some custom shifting, to bridge beams, then these are the guys for you!!

This is a store located within a small shopping centre dominated by ALDi and a Richies IGA supermarket. Plenty of onsite parking with entrances off both Cheltenham Road and Springvale Road. BCF is located at the southern end of the complex with entry via the main complex doors on the Springvale Road side. I would say that this facility is fairly well stocked with general camping and boating items but for specific boating items it may pay to ring first before attending. On this occasion i was after one of those specific items and even though the online shop stated it was in stock the staff were unable to locate it on the shelves. But on the plus side its well staffed by knowledgeable, enthusiastic people. Lots of onsite parking, practices COVID safe work place, QR code sign in. Wheel chair accessible, disabled toilets onsite.
