I had a prototype made up by Shotton for my up and coming business. To say that it came up prefect would be an understatement. Now I am about to approach Shotton for the final design knowing that i have alot riding on this and why go elsewhere when they turn out a perfect product. It was required to be within "x" tolerence, needless to say they did not need the tolerences as it came up prefect. Over 24 holes tapped and drilled in a one piece folded frame. The mounting brackets for assembly do not have a tolerence on the mounting holes, in groups of three (8 brackets perfectly spaced out aswell), the bolts went in perfectly straight, no wedging, nothing. Perfect fit. To have the main supplier of brackets in the UK and the frame built to spec by Shotton without any issues, i could not be happier. Thank you Guys, see you soon. FRAME NUMBER 2..... Just when you think that things cant get any better they go and perfect the first prototype. The first unit has been in operation for over a year now and it is running seamlessly, the second unit is the one we are settling for, our Franchisees will be impressed at the quality, I am lost for words to the service and the professionalism I have received from Peter and the team there at Shotton's, i do not know where my business would be without them. They helped me with a start up, made the product development and flow as if it was unit number 1000. Thank you guys.
