        Great first response in getting a tech out as soon as we had a vibration in our compressor, unfortunately the tech had no idea and blamed the floor for the vibration. Not happy with the result we called another compressor company that found the cooling fan full of build up they cleaned the fan and it runs smoothly again. When we asked Kaeser for a refund of the $520 they charged us not to fix it the said no refund we can discount your next service. No thanks.
