Needed HDPE rod to specific diameter. They measured stock and confirmed they had one that suited before ordering. Unlike other suppliers who just bleated about engineering tolerance and sent rods too big for the job.

The customer service in this company is excellent. Ordered two replacement skylight diffusers and found that I had measured incorrectly. I rang the company and they gave me great advice on how to correctly measure and I then returned the skylights to be recut to a smaller size. Very quickly posted back and they now fit perfectly and a great improvement from the old prismatic ones.

August 2022 - Busy Bee Gutter Brushes have been on our roof for over 2 years now. We have heavy foliage over our roof - Pine and Gum trees etc. I have never got more than 3 months from the roof without it desperately needing a full roof and gutter clean (gutter and valley overflow problems etc). In the last 2 years, I have done some quick valley and roof cleaning. Up until now, the gutters have largely not been cleaned. After two years - yes a full roof, gutter and valley clean is now required - The Gutter Brushes are relatively easy to remove to allow gutter cleaning. The Gutter Brushes are not perfect (I doubt a perfect gutter protection system is actually available), they are however by far the best product I have come across. (I have a small property maintenance business). 2020 - Busy Bee Gutter Brushes are a good product. Busy Bee Customer Service is helpful and friendly. The gutter brushes are easy to install and easy to clean. Thanks
