Climate Technologies

The Bonair MB3631 gas heater installed in June 2019 has never worked reliably. After many visits from service people machine still shows Code 13 error message every day. I've never had any explanation from Climate Technologies as to why this heater doesn't work reliably. and what they're going to do about it. I do not recommend Bonaire gas Heaters.

DO NOT BOTHER - THE SYSTEMS ARE HORRIBLE - SERVICE IS HORRIBLE - RUDE - NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH A HORRID COMPANY. PLEASE DONT PUT YOURSELF IN MY POSITION!

For more than a year I have been after these guys to get my air con fixed which is under warranty. They say they know what part needs to be replaced, they either dont turn up giving some excuse, or if they turn up give excuse that the part is different. they dont even have a proper service ticket system, no details are recorded, emails are sent from multiple domains. Do not ever get into business with them, if you dont want to wreck your peace of mind. zero stars!!!

Tried to contact Dandenong office and the recorded message says to ring back on the next business day. Today is Monday. It mentions they're closed on public holiday so who knows.When I went to the leave a message option it just cuts you off. Tried the submit an enquiry option on the website. Put the verification code in the box and it kept saying it's incorrect. Same deal with the SA office. How do you contact these people?
