SIA Medical Centre - Croydon

Tried to get an anaphylaxis form, no colour printer. Went down to office works tried to print it, didn't work. All this is the midst of my husband passed away & his funeral tomorrow with 3 young kids, asked for a refund as I have to take her elsewhere. No go. Absolutely hopeless place.

Cannot provide coloured medical documents if required. Childcare Provider requires coloured document due to legislations. Cannot fault the GPs, however, dismal service received from administrator sending required document. I acknowledge there is no coloured printer in the practice, but absolutely no other options provided by unhelpful administrator. I even offered to print blank form in colour at home and return with it to have the GP sign but received no response from them. Only way to get onto the Doctor was to make a Telehealth Appointment to then agree to me bringing coloured document in for signing.

I didn't attend because the website clearly says it closes at 8pm, door print says 6pm. I can't find anywhere open so this has annoyed me greatly

Just moved to this clinic as my doctor is now there and very impressed. Place is clean, spacious and the team are lovely
