I purchased the Vitality Homestyle Rye Grid Sourdough from Coles and the thing is sooo under baked and doughy!! How does a bakehouse get this wrong? The loaf weighs a tonne because it's still raw and slices are super doughy, see photos. Surely this can't be a once off, I imagine all the loaves in the batch must also be undercooked. I'm surprised this can happen at a commercial level. Very disappointed
