Hassall & Hyde - Tax Return, Accountant, Bookkeeping

I spent 3k fixing up Diane Hyde's mistakes. She lodged all my BAS invoices incorrectly. It took months to fix her mistakes. On multiple occasions she would forget about an appointment I had booked with her, and not show up, even though I'd blocked full days out to see her. Do not recommend, avoid at all costs.

Diane has been the rosebud in my business that has enabled it to continue and now blossom. Always prompt in replying to my questions, which alleviates much grief, as I navigate the road ahead. I met Diane at her charming office. She was very friendly, organised and professional. She took me through the whole process of tax return with clear and detailed explanations about what's going on. She also pointed out other things that will be beneficial to me. (i.e. how to claim family tax benefit part A, when I need a private health insurance, etc.). At the end of the meeting, she gave me a folder holding all related paper work of tax return matter. I was very happy with the service she provided to me. She charged me based on the hours. I strongly recommend her tax return service to my friends and others.

This woman is amazing! She makes all the scary spooky yukky bits of owning a small business not scary, spooky and yukky and talks proper English, not Accountantsenglish. She (and her bookkeeping homie) have saved my hyde and im forever grateful. And as an added bonus, is a sweetheart too!
