        I found Patti very easy to deal with. She took the time to explain what was needed for our permit and basically took the worry out of dealing with the shire. Sometimes texting was an easy method of communication as she is one busy lady. Very happy and would thoroughly recommend her!

        DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE PROFESSIONALLY WHEN ASKED IF THIS WAS PRONTO BUILDING SURVEYORS ANSWER WAS YEP...... THEN ASKED IF I WAS SPEAKING TO THE PERSON WHO DOES THE SURVEYING...RESPONSE WAS ..WHO IS THIS..?? JUST SOOO UNBELIEABLY SLACK... WHEN I SAID I WAS SURPRISED BY HER MANNER AND TOLD HER I WOULD NOT GO WITH HER SHE PROMPTLY HUNG UP ON ME... PARDON THE PUN
