        A big thank you to Ethan for training my self and my wife over the last few months. Ethans fresh approach to PT was amazing and inspiring. We really found out what the core strength is about and Ethan always supported us and was flexible in recognising that some exercises were not suitable and adapted new ones for us on the spot. We would certainly recommend Ethan as a PT to all and encourage anyone reading this review and is thinking about getting back to fitness training to contact activ8 fitness.
