Steven Rouget was my business coach for approximately 5 years. During this time the business grew from 6 team members & $800k turnover per year to 45 team members & $6million turnover per year. Steve's coaching enabled us to set KPI's for the business and team, create a business blueprint, set goals (short & long term), identify the strengths & weaknesses for each team leader as well as create a detailed mastery checklist for the business. Stevens coaching has helped my business to double its turnover in 18 months! Getting an outside and objective opinion about how I was running the business has made me realize what I had been doing wrong. Stevens non-emotional attachment allows him to give straight, unbiased advice across all things that are specifically relevant to my business, and he particularly pointed out my strengths and worked with me to focus on doing the things I do best and introduced me to other quality specialist providers who could assist with the things that are outside of my expertise. I've been working with Steve for close to two years now to help grown our Building company. We have implemented a KPI system for all areas of our organisation and a sales system which we are currently testing and measuring for improvement.
