Progressive Bathroom Renovations

We had both our bathrooms renovated by Progressive and we could not be happier with the result. Every single aspect was handled with professionalism and expertise - from the initial quoting stage to the actual project management, carpentry, tiling, fixture placement etc. The work is of the highest standard and we were consulted and engaged at every stage. Nathan and his team are friendly, experienced and highly organised. Shout out to Matt, our project manager who was excellent. Highly recommend.

We wanted our traditional shower converted to a wet room and not knowing where to start on this process we rang a local plumber to get the ball rolling. He asked if we had any idea of what was required and the different trades involved. When I said no I had no idea he suggested that I ring Nathan Delaney at "Progressive Bathrooms" and was this the best call that I had ever made. After my very first call to Nathan I knew that I was in the right hands. He was so professional in his approach from the very start. Calling out to our place to have a look at what was required then he sent a computer drawing of the finished product to see if this was what we wanted. On acceptance of these drawings a complete schedule of payments was forwarded to us and upon the deposit being paid to book our job in the rest just flowed. Nathan was very easy to communicate with and we knew every step of the way what to expect even if no one was coming for a day we was told in advance. The quality of the trades people that Nathan uses are second to none and we felt completely comfortable with them in our house. Each and every one were completely competent trades people and very proficient. We couldn't be happier with the end result and would like to thank both Nathan, Chantal and their entire team it is fantastic.
