Jacob has completed urgent repair work at our retail store @ Flinders Shed (unblocking our toilet after hours) which led to discussions about installing handmade copper clothes racks. We then completed a new fit out and engaged him to build and install the handmade copper racks. The store looks fantastic and whilst this may not be his typical work as a plumber he was more than happy to do it and we get daily comments on the unique and stunning racking system! Jacob did a fantastic job putting in an aggie drain and installing a sump pump to prevent water from seeping underneath my home. He communicated with me through the whole process, turned up early on the commencement date and gave me a clear understanding of the costs involved before he began.
