Went in today and its not even busy and the staff were so rude to everyone. The security were lovely. An older man needed help and said he was new to using Centrelink and she just sent him to the self service desk.

Dealing with Heidi was surprisingly easy, she went out of her way to explain procedures and did a search to help with our problem , our first contact with another person was not so helpful.

The security guy was very helpful and kind. We explained what is the issue then she said I dont know what happened before. She doesnt know why that why we explained her but she didnt listen then ask about my all details again with very bossy attitude. She did wrong things then she said I dont know why. This is not my fault. What she learned at school? Did she learn how to communicate with people? Did she understand words? Why we had to do again and again same things what is the point we explained everything for her? She wasnt friendly, She looks angry face. She couldnt fix the problem just used waste of time for everyone. I feel very sad they hired her this is the under government to support for people. I wish this is not just only my complain. She didnt apologise she couldnt fix the problem. She said to me I dont care! I do care she got money from our tax;(

Call answered - Andy @ roughly 2pm November 29, 2022 Medicare customer service line 1320111 I called Medicare because I noticed that my elderly mothers Medicare card was out of date and she hadnt received a new one. I called for her because shes elderly and Slow She identified her name, her address, her date of birth and her Medicare card number. She couldnt identify her BSB and account number, because she only banks with a passbook and those details were not printed on the passbook. But she did identified that it was the Commonwealth Bank and her branch was at Mount Waverley. Andy, took it upon himself, and thought it would be lovely to be arrogant and rude and to further explain to me that my mother should know her bank details. He was extremely rude. His tone of voice was out of line and quite frankly disappointing. I asked to speak to somebody else, perhaps a little higher than him and he continued to leave me on. ON Hold for more than 60 minutes. To which I decided enough was enough, and I hung up and visited a branch. Im sorry Andy but your job is in customer service and if you cannot do your job properly with CARE and diligence, not to mention patience then you need to find perhaps a job maybe cleaning dog shelters. Because Im afraid young man you have no place in the customer service department, especially for the government. I have never ever come across such a rude man, if you can call him a man, I wouldnt, absolutely disgusting!

Medicare customer service line 1320111
