From the first time we met Paul from Oak he has listened and focused on our needs. He made sure Oak was the right fit for us and could deliver the forever home we envisioned. He has gone above and beyond to help us consolidate different layouts to form the perfect layout and design. He has been very attentive and thorough during the whole process and continues to be during the construction. We cannot wait to celebrate the finished product wth him.

Oak living has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Paul walked my partner and I through every step of the process meticulously and we frequently leaned on his knowledge and expertise when making decisions for the design of our new home. As a new first home owner I couldnt be more happy with the result and also appreciate the patience it took to walk us through from start to finish with our limited knowledge on building a new home. The idea of building was a little daunting given all the nightmare stories you hear however they obviously didn't have a PAUL. I cannot thank Paul from Oak Living for creating an incredible experience for us when designing our new home. It was so simple and stress free, he set the expectation from the beginning and didn't disappoint - he constantly kept us in the loop and I couldn't thank him enough for helping us with our family home. He was always ready to answer my many questions especially when building during a pandemic the whole team worked together and Hayden as my site supervisor could not be faulted he was on top of everything and led the build with such confidence which in turn lead to a successful build finish. I couldn't have asked for a better builder choice. I would definitely be choosing OAK for my next build without a second thought. Thanks again!

We started looking to build in the middle of last year and come across Paul Martino (Sales) whilst looking through their display home. We found his advice in the initial stages and throughout the design, development and build to be incredibly professional, approachable and thorough. This is our first build and he was able to guide us through all the necessary steps required to create our dream home. I can not recommend him highly enough and in fact i have already recommended close friends to him and the Oak team. It has been an integral and enjoyable experience and thank you Paul for all your attention, advice and time.
