We had unusual requirements in that we are employed in an industry hit hard by Covid and our age profile meant that we were limited in lenders. Durand found us not only a lender who would provide the loans we required but also managed to get us a great deal with the lender. He was amazing, he walked us through the process every step of the way, always available to explain things, prepared very thorough loan applications, professional, friendly with great communication skills.
