Best appreciated in summer. Apart from the bells and wooden benches there's no that much more to offer. It just acts a location to hold events but is a far cry from Federation Square in Melbourne. Hopefully the whole area, including the council buildings, gets much-needed modernisation at some point. As long as they leave the two lovely Oak trees alone.
