        they really should notify people on their web page that the branch is going to be closed . we looked it up and it said it was going to be open (til 12.30) and off we go and join the half a doz other confused patrons standing around wondering what the hell is going on??? can't even manage half a day now???

        Cant believe that no one from this bank can give me a simple letter which states that my credit card has been officially closed. NAB need to look at their policies for better customer service & satisfaction. I am now closing all accounts with NAB.
