        You can pay 1 AUD to try 12 types of cheese. The staff will introduce and explain the types of cheese. Then you can opt to select a platter of cheese with condiments and biscuits. You do not want also can. I shared a platter of cheese with my wife. They taste very nice with the condiments and biscuits, now I am trying in Singapore to purchase cheese, biscuits and condiments and try myself....

        We have been visiting every year sometimes twice a year for 11 years and it never disappoints it only gets better with the addition of gelato in the past few years even visiting during Covid peak in 2021 the staff were so kind and friendly, the cheese is always consistently delicious we love seeing the little calves and the donkeys the owners really are so knowledgeable and warm and welcoming and truly are the reason we keep returning
