I had a very bad experience in this place, and I think they are making people fail the test unfairly. Also I didn't know I had the option to talk to a supervisor to review their decision. So if this happens to you do it, because this place is just awful.

Just had a drive test here. My examiner (not gonna mention name) was excellent. She tried her best to make me relax, didn't condescend nor dictate. Every examiner should at least behave that way. Well, I failed my test, but the good-mannerism fairly redeemed it. However, they seriously need to water down the driving rules, especially regarding the headcheck and mirror check. I failed because I didn't check rear mirror everytime I hit brake. I should have done so to avoid another car behind me collides with mine. In all respect, that rule is a bit exaggerating as every car already has brake lights to warn any driver behind. Furthermore, the rules already suggest every driver to keep distance with preceding car. If we must mirror check that one in additon to many other circumstances, we will eventually lose sight what is in front of us and it's dangerous too. Not to mention that, in some cases, examiners criticize head check, mirror check, or indicators simply because they did not notice the testers doing so, which is unfair. Nevertheless, I already booked another test here again. Hoping the service and the test rules gets fairer.

Worst experience ever the examiner was rude which is not good for a government service provider. They could have been polite to the examinee.

Highly recommended for anyone who wants to get a driving license.
