Been with the company for 1 month and experienced multiple issues. Firstly was told that NBN was ready at my property, however after moving in there was no NBN connection and had to wait for someone to connect it. Had big issues with internet speeds, was on the standard plan which is more than suitable for my needs, however I was getting between 10-30 mbps instead of advertised 50, even when I was the only one connected. Called multiple times for help and was told to send screenshots of my internet speed and they will get back to me the next day, however didn't hear back from them for almost a week. I needed internet for work and was unable to work because of these issues. DONT RECCOMEND if you actually need to use your internet lol

Internet out - no notification provided, cant get through to call centre as it says Im calling outside of operational hours but their website lists hours that Im calling within

Connecting the modem was nightmare. I had to reset my modem after calling the tech support. Even after the connection it is terribly slow. Fun fact is, I am using mobile hotspot to log this comment while keeping so called 50 Mbps download speed. Not recommend at all.
