Online store says "in stock". Two months later still waiting. Waiting for the next pressing, I guess.

I emailed a couple hours after I placed my order to ask for it to be cancelled. After a week of receiving no response, I called, but I kept getting an answering machine. So I left a message and sent another email. Still haven't heard anything back. And now I've received a shipping notification, so I will have to waste more time returning the item and waiting for a refund, instead of it just being cancelled like I asked. Ridiculous non-existent customer service.

My experience with the store was just fine. I ordered an item, and wanted to cancel my order. So I sent an email, got a reply within 2 working days and a full refund.

Ordered a CD on the 26th of March that said it was In Stock, and received no contact until about a month later, saying that they're having trouble ordering it. They never let me know that it wasn't actually In Stock within all that time, or that they hadn't even shipped it. The next thing I received was on the 16th of May saying that they had shipped it - almost two months later. Worst service I've ever experienced in 20 years of shopping online! I'm only giving one star because I have to.

Order over $300.00 worth of stuff on 6th October for my sons birthday. Still waiting. Responded to first email saying they were waiting on a tshirt. Sons birthday has passed have messaged again with no reply. So frustrating. Terrible service. I'm hoping my sons birthday present arrives soon
