Australia Post - Collingwood North LPO

The service here is SO SLOW Ive waited to post packages here twice and had to wait ages I swear it takes them 10 minutes plus to serve one customer. After waiting around the lady always tells me to tape up my own box like I havent got other things to do after waiting around.

Negative stars required, I received online notification to pick up parcels from the office, they can't find it .....again. No point calling them (tried 42 times ) as their phone reverts to the fax machine and messages left on answering machine are not responded to. That masterful invention by Alexander Graham Bell is wasted on this lot, the phone/fax user manual perhaps lost and foresaken amongst the abundance of missing parcels. This post office is the missing layer in Dante's Inferno - a special hellish place from which neither parcel nor mail shall ever return. Abandon hope all ye who enter here! Item was sent back to sender within a week of arrival - no collection card - no reminder was ever sent.

Totally concur with other one star reviews, this place is a shocker. The old man needs to avoid customer service but his colleagues are not much better. I cringe every time I miss a delivery and see the card advising my package has been sent to my local post office. Service is slow and incompetent. Avoid if possible

Worst post office ever, the old man is very slow. He doesn't answer the phone or check his fax or emails. He can't find anything in his shop and repeatedly asks the same question
