        The staff here should be ashamed of themselves. A unit has been vacant for 12 months. An officer finally did a walk through 8 days ago & the previous tenants cats followed them inside. We have repeatedly phoned the office, the RSPCA cruelty line & our council. Nobody can help due to the fact it will legally be "breaking & entering". The Collingwood police have been amazing but without "probable cause" cannot enter the property either. Its now Saturday & nobody from the office got off their chair, drove the 2 kms to open the door. By Monday this poor animal will have passed. Whether you're a cat person or not the fact an innocent animal is starving to death & without water due to their complacency is a disgrace. SHAME ON THE STAFF AT COLLINGWOOD HOUSING

        Office hours are Monday to Friday 8:45am-5pm No one is at reception they dont open the door, people are outside waiting for hours. They need to update there office hours. If they are opening at 10am. Please update your signage at the front, Thank you
