CHP is the so called peak body for homelessness in Victoria, soon to be morphing into a national peak body. It's a shame that they treat others the way the honourable danial Andrews treats them, with disdain, mistrust, co-ercive control, pettiness, lies and deceptions, it's enough to bring down a whole government, if enough people say, enough is enough, we simply won't stand for it any longer.

Out of touch organisation staffed by over privileged white hipsters and do-gooders who understand nothing of the homeless experience. Does not represent us (homeless) at all and cannot be trusted.

Sympathetic advocacy and a lot of time and effort raising public awareness of the dire situation of homeless people. They speak out well and offer advice when they can. Unfortunately due the overwhelming demands on the system, the lack of resources and absolute stupidity of contracts and catchment areas, there's virtually nothing practical they can do for people, even those experiencing crisis or violence. Their quoting of numbers and research produced by known discriminatory and abusive religious bodies undermines their otherwise very high standards.
