I reached out to Michael Fox Accountants after having some issues with another Income Averaging Firm. They put me in touch with Lachlan in their team who was very helpful and knowledgeable. The entire process was simple, quick zoom call, then given a 3 month waiting time for ATO to get their ducks in a row. Was also super happy to be given email estimates within a day of confirming the paperwork so I knew what to expect. It's now been about 10 weeks and I've received my income averaging in full exactly what was promised and the fee was taken out of the first installment without issue. Super happy, will whole heartedly recommend to anyone looking for film or art accountants. Their fee was very reasonable as well as a flat payment, where as some other firms will ask for 15% of total refunded as well as a "application fee". Thanks again, Will be coming back for yearly return into the future
