        This is one of 3 cellar doors I visited today and it was a terrible experience. The person conducting the tastings was not interested and was even bordering on rude. I left before the tasting began because of the attitude.

        French ambience in the Yarra Valley - from the moment you drive in and spot the grand arch windows and manicured surrounds. Lovely light lunch offering - charcuterie, cheeses, arancini, oysters and spectacular DP sparkling brut rose. The perfect antidote to the weekday grind. Sat outside and enjoyed autumn in the vineyard in its finery. Tasted some of the new wines and learnt about the DP family traditions. How good for this oasis to be within an hour of Melbourne. Cest Magnifique
