Amanda and the Colac To Coast team have been exemplary all the way. 5 stars! Amanda has been managing our Apollo Bay rental property for years now. She's been an absolute professional and a delight to work with. Our lovely long term tenants have had a few big challenges, and Amanda has always been a trusted ally to me in helping find the kindest way of charting difficult situations. It's clear she truly cares, and for me as an ethical landlord, she's been the perfect addition to the team. On the pragmatic side, all inspections have been timely and well documented. All requests for information, tax info etc have been promptly provided (if it wasn't already in my inbox before I even knew I needed it!) and all maintenance has been smoothly sorted.
