Ergo Yoga Space

After years and years of trying different yoga classes, I finally found Simone. Her classes are amazingly positive and very harmonic and gently helped me adjust my body. She guides very clearly. After 10 sessions of her classes, I can use the mussels that I always have issues with them. Highly recommending

Ergo Yoga Space is a beautiful and warm studio with a generous teacher. I feel totally comfortable to just be myself (a learner) in this space, which makes for a beautiful synergy between the yoga practice and my routine life. Thank you Simone! 11/10.

I was lucky enough to do an introduction yoga lesson with Simone. It has been a great experience and Simone is clearly very knowledgeable. She gave me and the other students a beautiful inside into the world of yoga. Thank you :)

Ergo Yoga its a beautiful yoga studio. Im taking Angela prenatal yoga classes and I couldn't recommend it more. Its a great complement during pregnancy.

I have always found this teacher practises and encourages good self care, & to learn to listen to ones body in our different seasons that we go through. She too Ive found is willing to listen to my needs and work in routines that will help. So many times she has helped me unlock my body out of its pain. If Im consistent I find readings in cholesterol and glaucoma come down.
