        Loved it. Was my first F45 experience and it showed how much my cardio needs work. I have to say the trainer's were great. Especially Ali, she's one of the nicest trainers I've ever met. So friendly, happy and a genuinely nice person. Will be doing this class whenever I visit Melbourne

        Was suspect of f45 for a long time, but between the Thornbury and Coburg sister locations, I have become a true convert. Lovely instructors who take a keen interest in how you're traveling without being too intrusive. Good mix of exercises each day and across the week. Music is generally good too, even if there is the occasional howler
