I've been with jobs statewide for about a year and it's just been this person quit so you have a new consultant and not one job interview or anything

After being unemployed due to leaving my workplace because of abuse and harrassment I have been signed up with Jobs Statewide and it has been a demoralising and traumatic experience. My Centrelink payments were on hold and I was informed that this was because I needed a job plan signed. I called Jobs Statewide and they informed me I wasn't their client. When I disagreed they looked again and realised their fault. I was booked into an appointment the next day. When I left the appointment I checked and saw my payments were still on hold. I sent an email and recieved and reply that things were 'all good' on their end and they fobbed me off to Centrelink. I sent a follow up email explaining that I had completed all processes with Centrelink already and it would be admin error on their side. I also mentioned that I had left my last employment due to abuse and harrassment and I would soon be homeless without these payments. They ignored that email, which to me is a true tell of their characters. When I did get through to someone at Centrelink, they said on my file that an employee of Jobs Statewide had filed TWO job plan meetings, the one I had attended, and one that never occurred, which had a note that I had not shown up and *this* is the reason my payments were on hold. I was not recieving my overdue payments because of the error of an incompetent staff member at Jobs Statewide. My job plan meeting was a total waste of my time. I'm a skilled worker and they do not have the connections to help me get a job, I do not require any of their services and the officer even mentioned that I didn't need their help with getting a job and was crossing out whole sections of questions because they did not apply to me. If you can't help me get a job, nor can you ease the distress of being unemployed or assist me with any aspect of this process - what service do you provide me? These people are devoid of compassion, if you can stay with Worforce online or transfer to another provider I would recommend it
