So happy we got a second opinion here, he was very kind. Understood and listened to my concerns plus gave a less invasive option which was a relief. Looking forward to getting the surgery completed.

I went to his clinic approximately 2 years ago. I was horrified when he scheduled my 7 year old daughter for surgery without checking her first. He concluded she has adenoid and should be operated on without checking. I looked at his eyes and said, "Do you reckon it is the right thing to do doctor?" He couldn't look at me in the eyes at the reception when I was getting the appointment slip. The computation was we need to pay $2,000 of which $1,000 is his pf. Since then I lost my trust in the medical people and I am cautious about any diagnosis. We need second opinion before deciding on delicate matter like surgery even if it is non invasive. Not all doctors care for us and our loved ones so we need to use our discernment when dealing with them.

LOVED Dr Burgess. Ive been suffering breathing issues since a car accident in 2008 and have been to many ENTs before Dr B who suggested I either learn to live with it or they cannot help me. One final crack with Dr Burgess and after a sleep test and camera up my nose he found the issue, operated and fixed it! Its so strange being able to breathe!! Food is also more tasty!! My new nose is also VERY CUTE which is a massive bonus as its something Ive been sad about since my car accident. At first I was wondering why Dr B was so relaxed when I was so nervous then I realised that this is absolutely 100% someone who knows what he is doing and I need to be quiet and let him do his thing. I did and I couldnt be happier! He is a genius! Amazing and his craft, has amazing knowledge and really does care. My advice to anyone looking for an ENT is to book in with DR Burgess. 100% without a doubt he is the best in the industry! THANKS DR BURGESS FOR MY NEW START ON LIFE!!
