Dr DS Buchanan

In my experience, Dr. Buchanan has been a very professional, helpful and competent otolaryngologist. From 2017 onwards I have intermittently suffered from otisis externa and he has done a spectacular job in helping me eradicate it. When I was a child, he also removed me adenoids with great competence and his "No rubbing your nose" has always resonated well with me!

My opinion is the following: that he's very arrogant and was taking the mickey when I was describing my problem to him. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.

Very arrogant person who tried to convince me and my husband that our problems are just stress related and luckily-we were pushing for more tests and find out still on the time IT WAS CANCER.we went true the hells

Reception staff is completely horrible. Called up to ask a question and got greeted very abruptly with no sign of customer service etiquette. Got the wrong information from the doctors that referred us the number and that immediately translated to the rude lady on the phone that I was wasting her time and didnt hesitate to end the call without saying anything or a polite goodbye. If your going to be someone answering the phone calls with patients that are suppose to be treated with kindness and proper customer service etiquette and you cant provide either, I think you should get another job.
