I was Dr Littlejohn's patient for many years. He was often very caring and did have a lovely manner of communicating with me that reflected his interest in anxiety, trauma and his understanding of it's links with fatigue and Fibromyalgia. However the reason I was seeing him was because I suffer from an agressive form of SLE Lupus. A disease with chronic severe renal involvement along with other internal organ damage. At the time I didn't realise Dr Littlejohn's Rheumatological speciality was / is fibromyalgia and back then I didn't understand what most people now see as normal practice - that I needed a single discipline nephrologist working along side him. My advice to anybody with Lupus is that it's just common sense to seek out a Rheumatologist with Lupus as a primary career interest.

I have been seeing Dr Littlejohn off and on for years since l was first diagnosed. He always listens and can empathize with my situation and always seems to have an answer or the next step in my treatment. I honestly don't know what I would have done if I had not found Dr littlejohn, he has helped my pain which has changed my life immensely. He seems to have a wonderful long-standing rapport with his receptionist who although blunt at times is extremely organised and fantastic at her job. She also has been extremely helpful to me and always gets back to me promptly when she says she will. Both of them together have helped me remarkably and make a wonderful team
