Mike from the Rail Division is absolutely brilliant, when he's doing any job around the station you know it's going to be done right. Not only is the man a true master craftsman but he will take the time to explain what he's done and point out other faults he noticed himself and how he fixed those as well. Keep up the great work Mike

This company apparently went into liquidation in the last 18 months...There has been things which the builder is responsible fixing but have decided to use this loop hole to get away... I still have outstanding structural leak issues which this company refuses to fix. Please stay away from this company *Update 23/06/2022* - Im adding more details to this post below in response to the owners comment below. I have since spoken to Amber from Ducon who has also confirmed that Ducon Constructions did go into liquidation in 2015 and is unlikely to be able to do anything about this. Please note that this original post was created in 2017 and the facts below are 100% correct. We live in a multi-residential complex built by Ducon in 2011. We had a range of structural issues which were temporarily rectified by Ducon in the first 12 months and subsequently a few years later. Unfortunately, a few of the issues relapsed in approximately 2017 or 2018 as a Band-Aid solution was applied. When we pursued Ducon in 2017 to fulfil their obligations, we were informed that Ducon Constructions had gone into bankruptcy in 2015 and hence unable to fulfil their structural warranty obligations Whether this is now called Ducon Building Solutions or Ducon Constructions prior, it is still the same branding, same office location, same website, and the same Managing Director (Peter Mason) who is still running the business since 2003 according to LinkedIn. I can provide copies of email correspondence and documentations to prove that this is indeed from Ducon. As of 23/06/2022, we are still trying fix this out of our own pocket.. There has been a lot of investigations and lengthy process of eliminations and fixes involving other owners affected by this issue. Obviously Covid lockdowns has also delayed our ability to investigate and fix this
