Hello, Im giving the 5 stars review for Eve because shes well deserved it. I called because I havent gotten my order, and not only Eve quickly identified the issue and quickly resolved it, but she also has a very good manner and pleasant to talk to. Im very satisfied with her customer service which it doesnt happen often for me. Kudos to Eve for excellent customer service! I am definitely continuing be Susukoshis customer because of Eve. Amazing quality products and some of the best customer service Ive come across. Had a small issue with an order and it was rectified extremely quickly and fairly. Highly recommend!

Beyond excited to receive my beautiful pieces from Susukoshi!!! 5 stars for product quality (their materials are devine) and customer service (Eve - you are amazing). Definitely one of my favourite businesses for baby clothes and accessories.

Im a first time mama and always on the look out for quality pieces. Not only are Susukoshi items aesthetically pleasing, they are also super buttery soft so its easy for my little bub to wear. Eve also went above and beyond in promptly addressing my order queries. Thank you, Eve and team!!!
