Cleanse & Co have the most incredible products and the quality is top tier. Ive purchased different items from this company multiple times and cannot fault their great customer service. The owner Hayley is beautiful inside and out. I 1000% recommend this company, you wont be disappointed.

This company is beyond the joke. Ridiculous wait time for your order to arrive (over a month), cant track the order, lost orders that I had to chase up myself and wasnt even placed on the courier truck, damaged crystals (but they deny theyre damaged), wrong label on the spray, poor customer service and wait times for a reply, delivery leaves massive $250 orders under the doormat, $12 postage with poor postage services no matter how much you spend. Some of the products are beautiful, however, its not worth ordering ever again with all these negatives.

Have used twice now, products are pretty good but postage costs are high, wait times are nuts and then they use sendle so even after all the handling wait time you then have to wait up to another two weeks to get your products.. around a month all up and has happened both times. This will definitely be my last order.

Really disappointing customer service, long delivery times and issues with courier. I pre-ordered two items on 25 November 2022 in Black Friday sales. The website stated they would be dispatched in the week of 5 December 2022, which I thought was plenty of time for Christmas. I followed up on 14th December 2022 when I hadn't heard anything, and the customer service team advised I could pay an additional $20 to upgrade my shipping (already paid $12) if I wanted to guarantee I received before Christmas. Alternatively, I could cancel and receive a store credit (not a refund). I stated how unfair it was that I had to pay for the company's delays and they offered to discount the express shipping instead. I get that its a busy time but the experience has really put me off the brand. The company also dispatched with a courier who emailed stating they attempted delivery today, however, I've been home sick all day and no one has rung my doorbell. I'm sure the products will be good but trying to get them has been a huge headache and I've had to buy a different present for my KK.
