Been to few dentists in Melbourne since moving in from UK. I am really impressed with the knowledge and approach to dental care by Dr Mini and Dr Anthony based on my recent visits. Results and aftercare has been great. Recommend this practice to anyone who likes to get personalised high quality care.

This is my first and last visit, It is just because it is emergency and close to my place, I quickly ring them and see their dentist. But I will never ever visit them again! Not mention the old equipment and dirty environment of the clinic. But also , the worse is the bad attitude when they charged me twice $225 for one item because of their unprofessional, they even not say sorry to menot try to comfort me , but show me bad face and attitude. There is no tooth gift package after the clean and check, Comparing with other dentist clinic, this is also not good. The reception girl is really unprofessional, she have no idea about the system and charged me twice $225 on one item, luckily I checked the invoice. They even didnt say sorry to me! And really bad attitude! It took me nearly one hour to check with my Medibank to make sure they did the right claim! And their invoice didnt show each items they did, which really not professional. I have to request a full invoice. This is very doggy dentist clinic! - 14/09 , someone from the clinic called and say the receptionist going to sue me , then asked me to withdraw the review. I cannot believe that ! How unprofessional they manager the customer complain ! What I want is just say sorry to me , now they make things even worse.

really Really good experience. staff were very welcoming and kind, easy service and very well ran. quick service just popped in for a clean and got it down right away. i would 100 percent recommend this for other people.
