Mr Inspector

I definitely recommend using Mr Inspector for your building and pest inspections. They organised to do the inspection and had the report to us in just a few days. The report itself was extremely detailled, around 90 pages in total including photos of any area of concern being it major or minor. A few of the issues they identified we flagged with the real estate agent and were able to be rectified prior to sale. The real estate agenct mentioned to us they were there a lot longer than most other building inspectors they've seen before. The agent also mentioned that some other people interested in the house had reached out to try and buy our report at a reduced price, but were told they would have to pay full price. Given we had paid full price to get the inspection done, I would be very annoyed if someone competing with us for the same property then obtained the report much cheaper.

Arranged from overseas a pre-purchase inspection. Pete responded my email quickly and arranged with the agent. He kept me updated all the time. Inspection done within 2 days since our first touch-base and a thoroughly detailed report provided same day after the inspection. Pete patiently addressed my questions (even I called him on Saturday afternoon). Highly recommended.

Contacted Peter and requested for building inspection for a house that going for auction. He responded to my booking promptly. The inspection conducted by Paul and report received on the same day (within few hours). Very detailed report. Paul is a lovely guy, Had a great chat with him, he explained to me the findings and his professional views. I am so glad that getting the property inspected by him.

Peter has been our go-to inspector for our pre-purchase property inspections since our first home. His reports have been comprehensive + thorough and we've always appreciated his quick response / turnaround times.
