Terrible service and completely unreliable, have to continually follow up to get gas bottles removed or fire stick heaters exchanged. Been waiting nearly half a year for some to be collected. On top of this you can place an order for gas bottles and you could be waiting up to a month to get these after repeated follow ups. Place seems like its in shambles

Reliably unreliable. Incredibly dysfunctional as a business, always blaming another branch for an error. No call backs or acknowledgement of mistakes. Still waiting for gas after 4 days...

Thank you so much to Bill and Andrea! They were able to find a leak that we have been battling to find for months! They thoroughly checked all fittings and explained what they were doing throughout. After months of frustration they found our problem. No more frustrating days standing in the cold changing bottles weekly anymore! Many Thanks!

Now they are not a retail outlet customer service has gone down down down. Service and helpfulness non existent. Can't get through on the phone. Treated me as if I was stupid. They used to be so helpful. Pity to see a once reputable business go to the dogs.

We are a small business , and going through some rough time due to COVID , have an approx $200 bill which 10 days post Due which I promised to pay Monday next week after weekend trade . They stopped the supply and when I called in to request, they refuse to move on there decision . I felt very bullied by a big company like them . And I found the behaviours bit rude and inhuman . I explained I might run out of gas if they dont refill the tank on weekend, But they didnt care . Care factor from them towards the customer was next to nil. I am now that fed of this big company trying to bully all small business on the name of policy . When my circumstances allow I will Definitely look for alternative supply And I request all readers to avoid them as ur supplier if u have an alternative. Thanks
